Alpine 22 is a small consultancy, which means the person who scopes your engagement is the person who runs it. Since 2016 that work has been standing up project management where none existed, aligning independently governed institutions to a shared way of working, and delivering software and data platforms alongside developers, clinicians, and principal investigators — including engagement by the National Institutes of Health as a subject matter expert in project management.
